Baby Smile Foundation is a registered charitable trust operating under the laws of India, dedicated to the welfare of children in need — providing emergency medical support, education, nutrition, and shelter. Our registrations include:

Our website is intended solely for lawful and personal use in support of charitable activities. You agree to use this site only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and applicable laws or regulations.

You agree NOT to:

All donations made to Baby Smile Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable programs. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Payment Processing: All online donations are securely processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Baby Smile Foundation does not store your card or bank details on our servers.
• Minimum Donation: There is no minimum donation amount. We gratefully accept any contribution.
• 80G Tax Receipts: Donors who provide a valid PAN number will receive an official 80G tax receipt via email. This entitles individual donors to a 50% deduction on the donated amount under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• Use of Funds: All donations are used exclusively for the charitable programs and operations of Baby Smile Foundation. We do not share or divert funds to unrelated causes.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Receipts: A payment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of donation.

While online donations are generally voluntary contributions to support our child welfare programs, we offer a 7-day return policy in cases where the donation was made due to a valid reason. A refund request can be initiated under the following conditions:

• Technical Errors: Duplicate transactions, system failures, or card processing errors where funds were deducted multiple times.
• Unauthorized Transactions: Unauthorized use of your payment instrument or card without your knowledge/consent.
• Unintended Donation: Accidental errors in entering the donation amount (e.g., typing an extra zero).

To request a return or refund, you must contact us at admin@babysmilefoundation.org within 7 days of the transaction date. Please include the transaction details, receipt, and a valid explanation of the reason. All requests will be reviewed and verified, and approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days, minus payment gateway fees.

As a user of this website, you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information you provide (name, email, phone, PAN) is accurate and truthful.
• Maintaining the security of any account credentials or access details you use on this site.
• All activities that occur through your use of the website.
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws while using this website.
